KELA reserves the right to accept or decline orders as necessary.
Online Exchange & Returns Policy
Exchanges or refunds can only be offered within a reasonable period of the original sale date where proof of purchase can be confirmed (sales receipt or confirmation from our records). You can contact us and we will advise you where to send your products for return. On receipt of the returned product and if the goods are deemed in good condition, we will accept your exchange for an alternative product to be arranged for the same value.
Warranty Returns Policy
If in the unlikely event you have a quality problem with any of our pieces, please contact us at Contactus@dffsolutions.com. For all UK clients, all our jewellery comes with consumer guarantees under British Consumer Rights Act. Your KELA product should provide many years of enjoyable wear, however, care should always be taken to wear your piece appropriately.
We will determine a course of action for a warranty return, the treatment that the item has received while in your care is most important. We will also look for manufacturing faults and material faults. In addition, we will consider time elapsed from the purchase date, however, this is not the most important factor in determining a warranty claim.
Genuine warranty claims will normally result in the replacement of the item. A refund is also an option where there is a major problem with the product.
Our prices are in GBP and include VAT.
KELA cannot be liable for any loss, damage or late delivery incurred by postal service.
